Ticket Rocket draws on the expertise of its parent company Intrepid Theatre, a non-profit with 25 years experience selling tickets to events of all sizes, from small intimate performances to large festivals like the Victoria Fringe Festival (sells approx 20,000 tickets each year).
We aim to support local arts and community organizations with affordable prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and exceptional customer service. Ticket Rocket clients include CULINAIRE, Taste: Victoria’s Festival of Food and Wine, FolkWest, the Victoria Shakespeare Society, Theatre Inconnu and many more.

Additional Fees:
• $2 per ticket (our preference will be to add this as a surcharge, but our software allows
you to hide it in the ticket price if clients wish to do so)
• 2.5% on gross credit card purchases to cover Credit Card fees
• $0.15 per Debit transaction to cover debit card fees
• $1.75 for mail orders – charged to customer as mailing surcharge
Ticket printing available for a $50 plus HST template fee and $0.09/ticket.
